A two-vehicle road collision resulted in a female being transported to hospital for further treatment yesterday.
Fire crews responded from Peel and Douglas Fire Stations to the report of an incident at the road junction in Patrick Village at 8:22pm on Saturday.
After liaising with paramedics, hydraulic cutting gear was used to free the casualty; who was trapped in the rear of the vehicle.
No further information has been released so far.
