Michael District Commissioners have new members after two candidates came forward to contest a by-election.
The local authority had two vacancies available and two people came forward by the time nominations closed.
Julia Bell and Lynsey Tatar, both from Kirk Michael, were elected unopposed.
Other local authorities around the Island will head to the polls on Thursday, December 3.
