The Department for Enterprise says a TT landmark needs urgent repairs.
It carried out a structural survey of the TT scoreboard and timing huts on Glencrutchery Road - and says it'll need to be taken down.
The results of a full electrical survey of the huts and scoreboard lighting system are still being considered.
The Department's now asking for firms to come forward to carry out the work over the next three years.
