Police say there’s a text circulating around the Island telling people they’ve received a speeding ticket and need to pay a fine.
They say the messages are a scam and people should not respond or click on any links sent in the message.
Police are asking anyone who receives one of these messages to delete it and to report it to the Cyber Security Centre.
