The government saw a rise of more than 20 per cent in financial irregularities reported last year.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson gave the figures in response to a question for written reply from Onchan MHK Julie Edge.
He said last year, the Treasury had 85 cases, compared to 70 the previous year.
They included three instances of bribery and 11 thefts - with seven referrals to police or the Office of Human Resources.
