In the early hours of this morning a thief targeted Walton's Digital World in Douglas, stealing a number of expensive computers.
£2,000 worth of Acer laptops were taken from their display shelves.
It's thought the incident happened sometime between 4.30am and 5.30am. The computers will be readily identifiable as they have no battery or leads to re-charge them.
The police are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Peel Road area around this time to contact them if they have any information.
Alternatively if you are offered a laptop for sale and the price appears too good to be true you're urged to contact Police Headquarters on 631212 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
