The search is on for someone to manage the Sound cafe.
The property, which is owned by Manx National Heritage (MNH), seats about 100 people inside and 48 on the deck.
It's situated at the southern tip of the island and attracts visitors throughout the year.
MNH is looking for people who can pay the rent and offer quality catering.
Creg y Shee Café in Cregneash village is also available for lease.
The deadline for applications is the end of January.
