The Steam Packet has repaid more than £27.3 million from a £154 million government loan issued in 2021.
Treasury Minister Chris Thomas gave the numbers in the House of Keys this week, in response to a question from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
The minister said the repayment was principal and interest, with the money loaned at a rate of one point seven percent.
