Tevir Group has now submitted the planning application for their mixed use development at the Villiers Square site.
The plans are for an 80,000 square foot purpose built Grade A office, retail and leisure space, an 80 bedroom hotel, and a fully landscaped public amenity space and improved streetscape behind Villiers House and Clarendon House.
Tevir Group Managing Director Ciaran Doherty said they're grateful for the support of the Department for Enterprise and its Island Infrastructure Scheme.
Once planning permission is granted the group intend to start work on the site as quickly as possible.
