Police are asking parents to tell their children about the dangers of building sites.
On Facebook, officers say children need to be aware of the risks of exploring or playing in such areas.
As well as dangers from trip hazards and falls, there can also be dangerous chemicals and falling object.
Police say parents should talk to their youngsters to make sure they understand.
