A recent survey of local doctors shows that they don't think there's strong leadership within Manx Care.
The questions were sent to 160 doctors who are members of the British Medical Association, with 72 of them responding.
79% either disagreed or strongly disagreed that there is strong leadership at the highest level of the organisation, with half feeling like they are not part of a well-managed team.
The majority of respondents also disagreed that they would recommend Manx Care as a good place to work, with 76% saying there is not a positive culture.
The Island's health body says they 'recognise the development of a healthy culture will always be a work in progress', and this report provides another opportunity for them to 'listen and improve', and they welcome it.
