Strix chief executive Mark Bartlett says he'll step down from the post next year.
In an update on its website, the Castletown-based manufacturer says it's now recruiting for a replacement.
Mr Bartlett joined the firm in 2006 and has held the top managerial post since 2015.
Chairman Gary Lamb thanked him for his contribution and wished him the best for the future.
