A yellow weather warning remains in place today with the Island still feeling the effects of Storm Ciara.
The notice for coastal overtopping came into force last night and will remain in place until 2pm this afternoon.
Bad weather over the weekend caused disruption across the Island with gale force winds bringing down trees, coastal overtopping forcing promenades to shut and there were power cuts in the Andreas area.
Ronaldsway Met Office says the areas most likely to be affected today are Fenella Beach in Peel, the northeast end of Peel Promenade and to a lesser extent Shore Road in Rushen.
Officials add there's a small risk of minor flooding in low-lying harbour areas such as The Tongue in Douglas and West Quay in Ramsey during high tide at around Midday.
