Manx Care say GP practices will close for three afternoons in April.
Peel, Palatine and Hailwood practices will shut from 12.30pm on Wednesday, April 2 while Finch Hill, Kensington, Snaefell, Village Walk and Laxey won't open from 12.30pm on Thursday, April 3.
There'll also be no routine appointments at Ballasalla, Castletown and Southern GP Practices from 12.30pm on Wednesday, April 9.
All surgeries will be open for test results and prescriptions, and there'll be an urgent care service.
