A splash of colour could be heading for Ramsey, if a planning application is approved.
David Kilgallon has applied for permission to have a mural painted on a building in Parliament Street.
If approved the artwork would cover two sides of the building with leaves and flowers.
In his application, Mr Kilgallon says he hopes the unusual feature would encourage other artists to get involved with similar schemes.
