People have taken to social media to complain about the state of the public toilets at Peel's breakwater.
Pictures were posted showing blocked toilets and urinals, which had leaked through the door to the outside.
The nearby Peel Breakwater Kiosk posted on Facebook to clarify the toilets did not belong to it, saying the poor condition of the facilities has been a regular occurrence for years.
The Commissioners explained they don't belong to the town's local authority either, but are the responsibility of the Harbours Division of the Department of Infrastructure.
