Manx Utilities says its smart meter app will be temporarily out of action this weekend.
The SmarterLiving app needs maintenance and upgrades and so won't be available between 9am and 11am on Sunday, October 5.
On Facebook, the organisation says customers won't be able to top up online or in person during the outage.
Manx Utilities has apologised for the inconvenience.
