The government says it's had two meetings with the Manx Industrial Relations Service this week to avoid a bus strike.
Drivers have walked out until Tuesday in the latest round of industrial action.
Bus Vannin says it's made six offers to Unite the Union, which remain on the table for further talks.
If no agreement is reached, drivers will down tools every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday in March in a series of planned strikes.
