A company linked to a failed bid to extract oil and gas from the seabed around the Island has been dissolved.
Crogga Renewables Ltd was set up in 2024 amid plans to exploit the Crogga gas field off the coast of Maughold - promising £2.8bn in revenue for the government.
However, the plans fell through and the company, with registered offices in Hope Street in Douglas, applied for dissolution.
The Island's registrar general says it's now been dissolved.
