Cancer patients on the Island are set to benefit from a £55,000 donation to specialist mental health care.
Funding from the Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association will mean the psycho-oncology service at the Mannin Cancer Help Centre at Noble's Hospital can continue this year.
Therapy and psychological support is given by the Minds Matter charity to anyone living with the disease.
Chief executive Andrea Chambers says it's an essential service, and the boost comes at a time when funding specialist support is a challenge for charities.
