An inspirational woman who touched people’s lives and who will never be forgotten.
That’s the view of Andy Frankland-Davies the husband of local singer songwriter Katherine Crowe whose life will be honoured today at a special service of celebration.
It will take place in Lonan at 11.30am.
Katherine, who died last week from cancer, often used social media to talk about her illness with her words proving inspirational to many:
Plans are now in place to look at publishing her blogs and to release two further children’s books in her name – all as part of her legacy:
Record number of seal pups recorded
Proposed laws could mean free period products
Unemployment fell slightly last month
GP waiting times to be raised in House of Keys tomorrow
Waves higher than predicted on crossing which damaged cars
Spitfire flights to be launched from Ronaldsway

Thinking of standing for election?
