3FM will be joining radio stations around the British Isles to raise awareness of mental health issues today.
A one minute to 11am, we'll broadcast a one-minute message featuring famous voices such as Prince Harry and Dame Judi Dench.
More than 300 commercial and BBC radio stations are taking part in the simultaneous broadcast.
It's hoped the project will reach an audience of more than 20 million people.
