Concerns are being raised as to where the Isle of Man's next Judge of Appeal should come from.
East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw will quiz the Chief Minister on the issue in Tynwald today.
It follows the start of a recruitment process to appoint a full time appeal judge - the successful applicant, would have to be based on the Island.
Mr Robertshaw will ask Howard Quayle whether it is "wise" to appoint the next judge from the Manx Bar:
