A section of the old Castletown Road is closed due to a head on collision.
The road is shut from the turnoff towards Port Soderick beach and Ellenbrook Gardens.
Police are asking people to avoid the area while emergency services are at the scene.
It follows a multiple vehicle crash between Cross Four ways and Ballabeg earlier today.
