A local authority in the east of the Island says it'll spend more than half a million pounds replacing broken streetlights.
At their last meeting, board members heard the first phase of work would cost around £202,000.
There'd then be a further phase with a price tag of £330,000.
The board unanimously voted to pay for the scheme through the body's general reserves.
