A 'Sea Dip for Your Sanity' is taking place next month as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Local charity Isle Listen is once again holding the event, this time at Ramsey Beach at 8am on Saturday May 14.
Nearly 300 people took part in last year's dip in Port Erin.
