The Island’s school’s have been hit hard recently by outbreaks of the Norovirus and of course Swine Flu.
Letters have been sent home to parents telling them what to do in case their child contracts one of the two conditions.
There is a strict 9 day exclusion policy in place for children with swine flu as an effort to stop further spread.
People are also reminded to contact a GP by telephone not in person, strict hygiene standards are encouraged also.
