A Douglas high school will undergo important repairs if planners give the green light.
A planning proposal has been put forward for over cladding of roof lights & gable end of the sports hall at Ballakermeen High School.
If approved, it would also have solar panels installed on the south west elevation.
Those behind the application say the works would be vital as they would improve the integrity of the sports hall roof as well as potentially improve the school's carbon footprint.
