A gliding club which stopped flying last year has applied to be dissolved.
Andreas Gliding Club, which was set up in 1997, stopped flying last September because of circumstances beyond its control.
Now, it's applied to the Island's registrar general Edward Clague for a declaration of dissolution.
If no objections are received, the company will be dissolved in a month's time.
