Attendance levels in the Island's school's have returned to roughly pre Covid figures, but there's still a way to go.
That's the word of Education, Sport and Culture Minister Julie Edge who was quizzed on the stats in Tynwald this week.
She revealed that despite a 2% dip in 2022 the latest data shows that there's currently a 92.2% attendance rate, with the department's attendance officers working to improve this situation.
Minister Edge was asked if homeschooling, or long Covid has played a part in the stats stagnating rather than improving:
