Stallholders hoping to set up shop at an historic Isle of Man estate have been warned it's a scam.
Facebook messages have been posted to local groups offering stalls at an Easter Fayre at Milntown in Ramsey.
The event is being advertised to crafters and charities and supposedly takes place in April.
But there's no such event - and the scammers are trying to walk away with £40 booking fees.
