Are Peel commissioners objecting to housing plans they asked for?
That's the question Cabinet Office Minister and Peel MHK Kate Lord-Brennan is asking, after the local authority objected to suggestions it made in the area plan for the west and north.
She's written to the board pointing out it asked for housing and development on the outskirts of town between Poortown Road and Douglas Road.
But she's asked commissioners to clarify their position after claiming they're against those parts of the plan, which is about to go before a public inquiry.
