Routine breast screening is due to start again from today.
It comes after Manx Care temporarily stopped the service two weeks ago while updates were done to the programme.
During that time, approximately 650 appointments were paused, with a plan now being put in place to recover this 'as much as possible' by the end of March.
The health body says women who have previously had breast cancer or have a family history of cancer will be prioritised.
