 
                            Roads will be closed from 6.05 pm until the practices are completed, but not later than 9.35 pm
Motorbikes will be taking to the roads of the south of the Island later as practice for the Blackford pre-TT classic road race gets underway.
The Pre-TT Classic Road Races have been held on the 4.25-mile Billown Course since 1988. The event is now so popular that additional races have this year been added to the programme.
The practice session starts at 6.15pm until 9.15pm
Roads will be closed from 6.05 pm until the practices are completed, but not later than 9.35 pm
The closed off sections will be
1. From the start line on the A5 Castletown By-Pass Road to Ballakaighan Corner; 
	2. The A28 Ballanorris Road leading to Ballabeg from Ballakaighan Corner as far as its junction with the A7 Ballabeg to Ballasalla Road; 
	3. Along the Ballabeg to Ballasalla Road to Cross Four Ways, Malew excluding the area of the former smithy at Cross Four Ways; 
	4. The A3 Castletown to Ramsey Road, from Cross Four Ways, past Malew Church to the Castletown By-Pass Road; 
	5. The Castletown By-Pass Road from its junction with Malew Road to the finish line; 
	6. The Red Gap Road in the Parish of Arbory from its junction with the Castletown By-Pass Road at Balladoole eastwards to its junction with the entrance of the campsite situated thereon, excluding the footways either side of the road; 
	7. Those portions of all roads leading onto the foregoing roads from such points thereon as may be fixed by or on behalf of the Department as indicated by barriers.
