The RNLI has launched '200 Voices' podcast to mark its bicentenary next year.
The first episode in the series focuses on how the charity originated on the Isle of Man and is narrated by Douglas Coxswain Edd Christian.
He speaks about what the charity means to the Island and its people, and how being part of the lifesaving charity has personally shaped his life.
An episode is being released every day for 200 days in the run up to the 200th anniversary in March, featuring survivors, volunteers, and celebrity ambassadors from the Isle of Man, UK, Ireland and beyond.
