This year's TT saw an estimated £37.1million spent in the local economy, a rise of around £3 million compared to last year.
The figure was revealed in the annual visitors survey conducted by the Department For Enterprise.
It also found more than 16,000 first-time visitors attended the 2018 festival, the highest since records began in 2010.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister says seeing the increase in new faces coming to the event is 'very encouraging'.
