The Department of Economic Development has endorsed a new to plan to redevelop the old outdoor swimming pool site in Port Erin.
The department is supporting plans to resubmit a new planning application for a hotel and cafe that would be accessible by boat and footpath.
If given the go-ahead it’s anticipated it would create around 50 jobs.
Rushen MHK and DED member Laurence Skelly says the department has
