The reuse area at the Eastern Civic Amenity site will open to the public again from today.
Douglas Borough Council announced the update following the futher relaxing of restrictions around Coronavirus last week.
However, the authority says because traffic to the site remains in high volumes, anyone dropping things off, browsing or collecting items must follow the rules over allocated parking and length of stay.
Whilst the amenity site was able to re-open on April 24, the reuse section had remained closed as a precaution.
