An Island charity is inviting people to take the plunge in a sea dip in Ramsey this weekend.
Arlo's Adventure is holding the event to raise awareness and funds for neonatal families and Nobles Hospital's neonatal unit.
It's taking place this Sunday at 3.30pm on the RNLI slipway at Ramsey's South Beach, with coffee and cake also available for those who don't fancy getting in the water.
