It's been confirmed that a racer died following a collision in this afternoon's Supersport TT race.
65 year old Bob Price from Stroud came off his Yamaha bike at Ballaugh Bridge during the third lap of the four lap race.
Bob first competed at the TT Races in 1992, he was a regular in the Manx Grand Prix as a classic racer, it was his first return to the TT races since 2006.
Race organiser, ACU Events Ltd, have extended its condolences to his family and friends.
Investigations are on-going.
