One of the main routes into Douglas will reopen today.
The Department of Infrastructure has confirmed Pulrose Road will reopen by 4.30pm.
Work has been underway to strengthen the bridge and reconstruct the road – this will continue but under temporary traffic lights.
The 17.5 tonne weight limit remains in place however and drivers of heavy vehicles will need to travel via Groves Road instead.
