Public's views sought on Building Regulation fees

The proposals follow a review that looked at fees paid in the Isle of Man compared to various parts of the UK.

The review found that an increase in fees was required in order to maintain the quality of service provided to customers across the Island.

However, the Department does not intend to simply apply the level of fees charged elsewhere.

The consultation will close on August 6 and an electronic version of the consultation, including a full breakdown of the new fee levels can be found on the government’s website.
