Manx Care is urging people to make sure their children are vaccinated against measles after the UK's worst outbreak in a decade.
The disease can lead to long-term health problems and in some cases can kill youngsters.
Manx Care says the MMR vaccine, introduced in 1988, can help protect children and young people against the disease.
