Proposed changes to parking at Ronaldsway won't go ahead in May as planned.
That's the latest from DOI Minister Chris Thomas, who was quizzed on the issue in Tynwald yesterday.
It comes as the department announced earlier this month it was considering cutting its free 1-hour parking to just 15 minutes in the short-stay car park.
If proposals are approved - it would see the cost of parking for up to two hours set to rise by 50 per cent - while the maximum charge will go from £60 at present to £299.
Now, Mr Thomas says the plans have been put on hold until mid-June.
The Minister added a second two-week consultation on the proposals will be advertised in the Courier so people can have their say.
