An Island property developer says it's submitted more planning applications for the Castle Mona in Douglas.
Tevir Developments says the plans are for repairs and improvements to the historic building on Central Promenade.
Proposals are for more work on the roof, and the demolition of later additions to the building.
The company says it's still looking at options for the future use of the disused former hotel.
