The company behind a GP surgery which closed in February is being dissolved.
Promenade Medical Centre, which was set up in 2017, has applied to the Department for Enterprise for a declaration of dissolution.
The centre, in Chester Street Car Park, closed earlier this year because of staff shortages after one doctor left and another retired.
The practice had 4,300 patients - mostly from central Douglas.
