The new promenade roundels were discussed in the Tynwald yesterday.
MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew, Jason Moorhouse, asked the Home Affairs Minister, Jane Poole-Wilson how they should be used safely.
The roundels- which form junctions at Broadway and Church Road Marina - are part of the £26m promenade revamp.
In her response, Mrs Poole-Wilson referred to statements from the Constabulary and Infrastructure describing them as 'unmarked junctions':
