Household name Ray Winstone will head up the film; he’s best known for his work both in gritty smaller UK films like Scum, and Hollywood blockbusters like the last Indiana Jones.
The Isle of Man will be playing host to some of the UK’s top actors as of next week when production begins on new movie Ashes.

The film is being directed by one of the UK’s most acclaimed talents, Mat Whitecross, amongst its financers are the band Coldplay.
