The Department for Enterprise says it doesn't know how many TT sessions have been delayed because of crashes.
A Freedom of Information request asked DfE, which is responsible for the racing, for details over the past five years.
In particular, those behind the request wanted to know how often crashes on the Mountain Road had held up practicing and races.
In its response, the department said it doesn't collate, record or hold any such data.
