Pro-Palestine campaigners have been holding a protest at the Comis Hotel for the first day of the government conference.
The local Amnesty International group is asking "What about the genocide?", now the UK and therefore the Isle of Man have recognised Palestine as a country.
In a statement, it argues countries which have taken this step now have duties under international law to oppose what it calls Israel's occupation of Palestine.
The demonstration comes days after one held at the airport over the weekend, opposing the manufacture of F35 fighter jet parts by the Ronaldsway Aircraft Company.
